In 2020, at the age of 17, I started my lifestyle change journey, during which I gradually learned the fundamentals of healthy eating and explored different forms of exercise. Over the years, building on my own experiences, I discovered how to achieve sustainable weight loss and maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle-even alongside school, work, and the busyness of everyday life.
