Chia pudding recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 200 ml milk or plant-based milk e.g., almond, oat, or coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract optional

Instructions

  • In a glass or small bowl, mix together the chia seeds and milk.
  • Add the honey and vanilla.
  • Stir thoroughly, then let it sit for 5 minutes, and stir again to prevent clumping.
  • Place it in the refrigerator for at least 2 to 4 hours, but ideally let it rest overnight.
  • The chia seeds will absorb the liquid and take on a creamy pudding texture.
