Ingredients

  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter or almond butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder optional
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk or plant-based milk

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, and shredded coconut.
  • Next, add the peanut butter, honey, and cocoa powder.
  • Mix everything together thoroughly, then add a little milk until you get a moldable dough.
  • Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls.
  • Finally, place them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up.
