- Whisk with a milk frother (or a Matcha whisk) until lump-free and slightly frothy.
- Fill a glass with ice, then pour in the plant-based milk.
- Add the sweetener, then pour the dissolved Matcha over the top.
- Serving: Stir just before drinking. You can also garnish with a little Matcha powder on top or a plant-based milk foam.

Matcha Lemonade
Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Matcha powder
- 100 ml warm water approx. 70–80°C / 160–175°F
- juice of 2 lemons
- juice of 1 lime
- 2-3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 700 ml cold water or sparkling water
- ice cubes
Instructions
- Sift the Matcha powder into a bowl, then pour in the warm water.
- Whisk until completely smooth and lump-free.
- In a pitcher, stir together the lemon and lime juice with the sweetener.
- Add the dissolved Matcha, then pour in the cold water or sparkling water.
- Serving: Pour into glasses over ice, then garnish with lemon or lime slices.

Iced Green Tea with Citrus
Ingredients
- 2-3 bags green tea or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf tea
- 800 ml water
- juice of 1 orange
- juice of 1 lemon
- juice of 1 lime
- 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- ice cubes
- For serving: orange, lemon, and lime slicesfresh mint leaves
Instructions
- Bring the water to a boil, then let it cool to about 80°C (175°F) — this way the tea won’t turn bitter.
- Steep the green tea for 2 to 3 minutes, then remove the bags or strain.
- Let it cool completely, then add the citrus juices and sweetener.
- Stir everything together thoroughly.
- Serving: Pour into glasses over ice, then garnish with citrus slices and mint leaves.
